Take a look at EP Digest under LINKS (publications). There are some interesting dinner symposiums to sign up for if you are going to NASPE in May. There is also an EP salary survey. Take the time to fill in the survey. There is a wealth of information in Cath Lab Digest and EP Digest for the Cardiovascular professional. |

There is nothing more important than the RCIS registry to the cardiovascular professional. Our laws are changing. The CARE bill has been introduced which will effect those that work in the cath lab. If the CARE bill passes everyone working in the cath lab will need to possess a professional license or registry. We will post links to the information on the CARE bill as it becomes available.
Visit the credentialing site for RCIS qualifications needed to sit for the exam. Visit the LInk site under Organizations. Have a plan. Study with others. Most important, sit for the exam and increase your credibility in the field. Post your questions on the Forum. There are many professionals out there that want to see you succeed. IMPORTANT: The application for the RCIS has changed. Starting Feb 1, 2008, there is a new applicationn. You can not use an old application, you must go to the CCI website and download the new application. Old applications will be returned to you. |
